Champions League Predictions
For US bettors, the sharpest angle on Champions League predictions isn't a hunch — it's price. Across a sampled soccer market of over 1,000 lines, DraftKings posted the best price on 54.0% of markets at a 4.25% average margin, ahead of Fanatics (41.8%) and both FanDuel and Caesars near 36%. BetMGM (19.9%) and BetRivers (28.3%) carried the widest holds. On the biggest European nights, that margin gap is the difference between a break-even ticket and a losing one. Below we rank the numbers, explain where value sits, and flag the state-by-state legality US bettors need to check first.
Best Champions League prices by the numbers
Our soccer odds sample measures how often each book posts the top price (best-price share) and the average bookmaker margin baked into its lines. Lower margin and higher best-price share mean more value returned to the bettor.
- DraftKings — 54.0% best-price share, 4.25% average margin (1,068 lines sampled). The value leader in our soccer sample.
- Fanatics Sportsbook — 41.8% best-price share, 4.25% margin (466 lines). Tight pricing despite lower overall market coverage.
- FanDuel — 36.1% best-price share, 4.46% margin (596 lines).
- Caesars Sportsbook — 36.2% best-price share, 5.27% margin (906 lines).
- BetRivers — 28.3% best-price share, 6.35% margin (480 lines).
- BetMGM — 19.9% best-price share, 5.21% margin (438 lines).
Read the two figures together. FanDuel and Caesars land near an identical best-price share, but Caesars carries roughly 0.8 points more margin, so FanDuel returns marginally more on the average Champions League line. bet365, ESPN BET and Hard Rock Bet were not part of this priced sample, so we rank them on market coverage and feature ratings rather than measured price.
Why margin matters more than a tip
A Champions League prediction is only profitable if the price beats the true probability. On a 90-minute match line, a 4.25% margin book (DraftKings) leaves meaningfully more expected value than a 6.35% margin book (BetRivers) — before either team kicks off.
The practical takeaway: line-shop across at least two books per match. With DraftKings topping best-price share on just over half of markets, the other ~46% of best prices sit elsewhere — often Fanatics, FanDuel or Caesars. Holding accounts at two or three of these covers the majority of top prices on any given matchday. Compare live numbers on our betting odds page before you stake.
Market depth: outrights, match lines and props
Champions League betting runs from the group-stage table to the final. For depth of secondary markets — group winners, qualification props, correct score, player shots and cards — bet365 rates highest in our coverage scores (market coverage 9.6, sports depth 9.5), followed by DraftKings (9.0 / 8.9) and FanDuel (8.9 / 8.8).
For combined single-match tickets, Same Game Parlay is offered by DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, BetRivers, ESPN BET, Fanatics and Hard Rock Bet; bet365 lists Bet Builder for the same purpose. These let you package a match result with goals, corners or a scorer into one Champions League price — useful for correlated tie-night angles.
Outright and qualification bets belong on our futures odds page, where longer-dated Champions League winner prices sit.
Live betting and streaming on match nights
European kickoffs frequently overlap in the US early evening, so in-play tooling matters. bet365 leads live capability (9.4) and is one of the books listing Live Streaming alongside DraftKings and FanDuel. Cash Out is available at bet365, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars and ESPN BET for locking in Champions League positions before the whistle.

Legality: check your state first
US sports betting is regulated state by state, and the minimum age is 21. An operator licensed in New Jersey is not automatically legal in another state — availability and rules depend on your state regulator (NJ DGE, NYSGC, PGCB, MGCB and others).
All nine books here are licensed where they operate, spanning markets such as New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Colorado, Ohio, Illinois, Arizona, Virginia and Massachusetts. Confirm the book is live in your state before staking a Champions League ticket — see our legal betting sites United States guide. Common banking options across these operators include PayPal, Venmo, Online Banking, Visa and Play+, with a $10 minimum deposit and withdrawals quoted at 0–24 hours.
